The shop is open Monday to Saturday 9:30am-6:00pm and Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm, with extended hours from November to March. Its product range covers surfboards (shortboard, longboard, fish, gun, mid/hybrid, step-up and grommet models), softboards, bodyboards, skateboards and stand-up paddleboards, alongside wetsuits (steamers, springsuits, gloves, hoods and booties), boardshorts, swimwear and general clothing, and accessories including fins, leashes, deckpads, board bags, repair kits, wax, sunscreen, sunglasses, watches, towels and storage racks. Services include surfboard rentals, custom surfboard orders, in-store pickup and repairs. Brands carried include Channel Islands, Christenson, Chilli, DHD, Firewire, Hayden Shapes, JS Industries, Lost, Pyzel, Sharp Eye, TORQ, Billabong, Hurley, O'Neill, Patagonia, Rip Curl, Vissla, FCS and Dakine, among more than 40 brands in total.
