Waves of Thinking - Surf School

Waves of Thinking is a surf school trained in therapeutic techniques that support mental wellbeing through the ocean and ice baths, running sessions on the NSW South Coast at The Farm, Killalea, as well as surf retreats in Byron Bay, the Maldives and Sri Lanka. Services include private surf lessons (A$125), group surf lessons (A$55), surf therapy (A$105), ice bath therapy (A$40), an ice bath and sauna combo (A$55), and a combined surf/ice therapy session (A$155). Its programs are aimed at people managing depression, anxiety, PTSD, injury or disability, and children, adolescents and adults with autism, and are run by a team trained in mental health management.
